This policy explains what personal information Invent Artificial LLC collects through inventartificial.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact form: name, work email, company and what you write.
Job applications: name, email, resume and its contents, and your consent choice.
Email, phone and chat: what you send and your contact details.
When you visit: browser, device type, pages viewed and referring site. Our server keeps standard logs, which include IP addresses. We measure visits with Matomo, which runs on our own server, sets no cookies and shortens IP addresses before storing them.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or immigration documents through this website.

How we use it

To answer inquiries and provide our services.
To review applications and contact you about roles.
To verify employment eligibility for people we hire, as the law requires.
To run, secure and improve the site.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with clients (when you agree to be presented for a role), service providers under contract, our affiliate in India, Invent Artificial Private Limited, which supports recruiting, authorities when the law requires, and a successor if the business is sold.

How long we keep it

Resumes and applications for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires longer.

Your choices

Ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contact, by emailing privacy@inventartificial.com. We respond within 45 days.
