About the role
You will market our IT consultants to US clients and vendors and drive them to placement: find the right requirements, submit profiles, chase follow-ups, line up interviews and close.
What you will do
- Market bench consultants for US IT openings.
- Find matching requirements and submit profiles.
- Own each submission through to a decision, including follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and pass feedback to consultants.
- Tailor resumes to each requirement.
- Report daily on submissions, interviews and closures.
- Keep track of demand in the US IT market.
What you need
- Exposure to US IT recruitment, bench sales or IT marketing.
- A working knowledge of IT roles, skills and technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up.
- The ability to run several consultants and pipelines at once.
- Experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems.
Pay
Two structures: a fixed monthly salary plus placement incentives, or a higher incentive per placement. Incentives are uncapped. We agree the structure and amounts in writing before you start.
